LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with an award-winning, growing company in Midtown Atlanta on an exciting search for an Accounting & Finance Manager!

Rather than being limited to just Accounting or Finance, this position offers a unique blend of Accounting, FP&A, Financial Strategy, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial planning initiatives to support business growth.
• Financial Reporting & KPIs: Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and financial metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee month-end close, financial statements, general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Business Strategy: Partner directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives, financial decisions, and growth opportunities.
• Operational Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen financial operations.
• Build & Scale: Help establish the financial infrastructure, processes, and reporting capabilities needed to support a growing business.

Requirements

• Strong background in Accounting, Finance, or a combination of both.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and/or financial modeling.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements, and the month-end close process.
• Experience in a growing startup, or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline Accounting and Finance workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting and analysis is a major plus.
• Must be currently based in the metro Atlanta area (out of state candidates will not be considered)
• Compensation: Up to $140K base salary + bonus and additional incentives.
• Location: Midtown Atlanta with excellent work-from-home flexibility (remote 3–4 days per week).
