LHH (Atlanta) is partnering with an award-winning, growing company in Midtown Atlanta to recruit an Accounting & Finance Manager. This role blends accounting, FP&A, financial strategy, and business operations to impact the business.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and collaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives. The position offers growth into strategy, operations, and leadership, with a focus on scalable financial processes and near-term operational

Competenze

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.
Experience partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Mansioni

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and FP&A initiatives to drive growth.
Develop management reporting, dashboards and KPIs for leadership decisions.
Oversee month-end close, financial statements, accounts payable/receivable.
Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, financial decisions and growth opportunities.
Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen financial operations.
Help build scalable financial infrastructure and reporting capabilities for a growing business.
