Job summary

Calibre CPA Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Leader to drive the firm’s learning strategy and professional development initiatives. You will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of firmwide programs, including CPE administration and NASBA compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in public accounting, with audit/assurance training experience and a passion for developing professionals. Collaboration with firm leadership and a culture of continuous learning are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license or other related certifications preferred.
• 5-7 years of public accounting experience, including audit and assurance.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training within a public accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess firmwide training needs and align initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the learning and development budget.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical and professional development programs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, online learning modules, and instructional resources.
• Identify and manage external vendors for leadership and soft skills training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Train and coach internal subject matter experts on effective instructional techniques.
• Collaborate with Firm leadership to develop and deliver training for Audit, Tax, Accounting & Financial Services, and Compliance professionals.
