In this role, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our financial reporting and accounting processes, enabling the organization to operate efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and support sustainable growth. As a Manager, Accounting – Complianceworking on the Accounting team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career development to lead accounting compliance initiatives, strengthen internal controls, support audits, ensure adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness. A typical day will include overseeing compliance-related accounting activities, reviewing financial records and reconciliations, partnering with cross-functional reams, supporting internal and external audits, monitory regulatory changes, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls.
