Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial information.
• Proficiency with Excel and multiple software systems.
• Experience handling payments, balancing transactions, or preparing deposits preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and verify the accuracy of supporting documentation.
• Review reports and payment activity to ensure proper recording and allocation of revenue.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments, collections, and account activity.
• Prepare, balance, and document daily deposits while maintaining organized records.
• Enter and maintain payroll and timekeeping information within internal systems.
• Generate routine accounting and operational reports for management review and analysis.
