Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of accounting support tasks including data entry, processing, and verification of financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger support as needed.
• Review and process invoices, expense reports, and related documentation for accuracy and proper coding.
• Support account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting requirements.
• Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide general support to accounting team members and assist with process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
