Job summary

Delta Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our corporate accounting team in Plano. This role focuses on accounts receivable, sales invoice processing, deposits, revenue posting, and data entry, with hands-on NetSuite and Excel work.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of NetSuite experience, solid Excel skills, and a grounding in basic accounting principles. We offer a stable, growth-oriented environment with a Monday–Friday onsite schedule and opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience preferred.
• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting-related data entry preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and working with multiple spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process sales invoices and deposits with a high level of accuracy.
• Post revenue, apply payments, and record transactions in NetSuite.
• Organize, prepare, and upload accounting data using NetSuite and Excel.
• Use VLOOKUPs and other Excel functions to reconcile information across spreadsheets.
• Ensure transactions are categorized and recorded in the correct accounts.
• Assist with wire transfers and routine accounting transactions.
• Process invoices and support day-to-day accounting needs for multiple entities.
• Record payroll-related information through journal entries.
• Assist with accounts receivable and prepaid accounts, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain organized financial records to support month-end close.
• Provide general accounting and data-entry support as needed.
• Gradually take on additional month-end and full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
