Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• 4-5 years experience in a professional, detail-oriented office environment.
• Basic computer skills; training for business software will be provided.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and related cover sheets; input data into SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Verify departmental expenses for GAAP compliance and company policies.
• Process store gift certificates and reconcile store reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
