Qualifications

• Currently a college student pursuing a degree in accounting or a related field.

• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions, maintain workflow in areas of responsibility and handle difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling plant daily cash summary reports
• Assemble support for customer refunds
• Assist with customer pre-lien notifications
• Scanning and filing
• Fill-in for inter-company mail route coverage
• Assist in researching and resolving customer account receivable issues
• Other department duties assigned as needed
