Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying basic accounting procedures and analysis, including accounts payable and receivable and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with rental branches and other departments to support financial operations.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and other tasks.
• Handle A/P & A/R activities, cash receipts, and petty cash.
• Support accounting schedules, filing, and miscellaneous administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
