Manchester Tank, a McWane subsidiary, is seeking a receptionist to handle calls, greet visitors, perform clerical duties and assist with invoicing and shipping documentation. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely communication within a team-driven environment.

• Follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to management.
• Shut down process if unsafe.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Matches and enters invoices for payment.
• Match up accounts receivable invoices with corresponding shipping paperwork.
• Matches shipping paperwork with freight invoices for payment.
• Greet visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Looks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts.
• To follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to any member of management.
• Shut down process if unsafe.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Starting Wage: $45,760 - $54,080/year.
