• Matches and enters invoices for payment.


• Match up accounts receivable invoices with corresponding shipping paperwork.


• Matches shipping paperwork with freight invoices for payment.


• Greet visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner.


• Looks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts.


• To follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.


• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to any member of management.


• Shut down process if unsafe.


• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
