Manchester Tank & Equipment in Quincy, IL seeks an Administrative Clerk to perform receptionist, clerical, and data processing duties, including invoice matching and payment posting. You will greet visitors, support safety initiatives, and ensure timely, accurate record-keeping.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Operates the telephone to receive incoming calls.
• Performs a variety of receptionist, clerical, and data processing duties.
• Matches and enters invoices for payment.
• Reconcile vendor account statements.
• Answer vendor inquiries.

• Match up accounts receivable invoices with corresponding shipping paperwork.
• Matches shipping paperwork with freight invoices for payment.
• Greet visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Looks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts.
• To follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to any member of management.
• Shut down process if unsafe.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Starting Wage: $45,760 - $54,080/year.
