Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of accounting or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Accounts Payable operations, including end-to-end processing of vendor invoices.
• Review, code, and process high-volume accounts payable transactions with accuracy.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for 3-way matching.
• Assist Billing Team with timely review and invoicing of shipments.
• Process customer payments and AR transactions; maintain current customer files.
• Review AR aging; contact customers regarding past-due balances.
