Responsibilities include handling AP/AR tasks, assisting with month-end reporting, and providing general administrative support to the accounting team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounting or administrative experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
• Exposure to accounts payable or accounts receivable processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Transaction Processing: Input financial data and transactions into accounting systems accurately and timely.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Maintain and update accounting records and spreadsheets.
