Music City Center in Nashville, TN is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to process daily deposits, manage client invoices, and maintain receivables records. The role supports accurate billing and timely collections in a fast-paced conventionCenter environment.
Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, updating accounts, and ensuring leases and payments are reflected in the system, with attention to detail and teamwork within the finance organization.
Under the direction of the Controller, records and processes client invoices, prepares receivable warrants for daily deposits, tracks and collects rental payments, and maintains MCC official event lease files.
Music City Center is Nashville's convention center located in the heart of downtown. The 2.1 million square foot facility opened in 2013 and was built so that Nashville could host large, city-wide conventions in the downtown area.
