Responsibilities

• Review invoices daily for job completion status and costing, and email managers for corrections.
• Batch, post and export invoices daily.
• Verifies information and maintains accounts receivable reports including monthly sales, open invoices, and aging reports.
• Review the ServiceTitan AR Reconciliation Report weekly and send collection follow-up requests to management as needed.
• Receives checks and prepares deposit slips; verifies remittances against business accounts; deposits checks daily.
• Follow up daily with management and technicians regarding payments that have not been turned into the office.
• Process customer refunds as needed.
• Manage financing jobs through daily monitoring of applicable financing portals, submit final funding requests as jobs are completed, Post financing payments to customer accounts within ServiceTitan, and post financing fee cost to jobs in Service Titan.
• Maintains accounting department files and records.
• Enters information into accounting data entry system.
• Assists with month-end close and runs monthly reports as required.
• Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
