Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices for AP with proper approvals.
• Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP files and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Generate and apply customer invoices for AR.
• Monitor balances and assist with collections as needed.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
