Qualifikationen

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of admin/operational support in manufacturing or office environment.
• Must be comfortable working with Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting systems.
• ERP systems experience (SAP/JDE/Oracle or similar) strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Aufgaben

• Review invoices and statements, verify information and code transactions.
• Perform complex coding and assist junior staff.
• Post financial information to journals and ledgers and reconcile accounts.
• Audit ledgers and accounts maintained by others.
• Prepare financial statements or reports (cash flow, receivables, etc.).
• Reconcile reports from outside agencies and units; investigate discrepancies.
• Compose correspondence per departmental procedures and policies.
• May guide and train junior Accounting Clerks.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
