Qualifications

• AS in Accounting or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Ajera and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Knowledge of budget preparation, monitoring, and control is required.
• Familiarity with applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle all invoicing and billing; track accounts receivable.
• Assist in general ledger accounting functions as assigned by CFO.
• Prepare monthly project budget reports from financial data.
• Inform staff on procedural requirements to ensure compliance.
• Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with policies.
• Reconcile various financial data to maintain accurate balances.
• Research discrepancies in financial information or documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and expense reports.
• Oversee expense check distribution.
• Serve as super-user for accounting software (Ajera).
• Issue and track purchase orders; categorize costs and assign to accounts.
• Oversee all employee time entries and prepare payroll package for CFO review.
