You'll work hands-on with the Sage accounting system and support the organization's service to communities across Wisconsin, ensuring compliance with state regulations and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on AP, AR, and bank reconciliation experience.
• Experience with accounting software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records in Sage.
• Process vendor invoices and execute payments.
• Reconcile member and customer payments.
• Monitor bank accounts and deposits; manage Positive Pay.
• Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
