Job summary

H Mart is seeking an organized accounting Clerk to review and process invoices in SAP S/4HANA, prepare operating expenditure payment batches, and ensure GAAP compliance and policy alignment.

The role requires Excel and Word proficiency, cross-functional teamwork, meticulous data entry, and willingness to participate in training. Korean language skills are required, with basic English, and on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Extensive training program; candidates with basic office experience will be considered.
• 4-5 years experience in a professional, detail-oriented office environment.
• Comfortable navigating basic computer software; training provided for specific business software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with computerized accounting or ERP systems (such as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA Cloud) is a plus BUT not required.
• Must speak, read, and write Korean; basic English comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments, inputting all data into the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA).
• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Review and verify departmental expense reports to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Process store gift certificates.
• Verify and reconcile store and other related reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

• $45k-52k per year

Work Hours

• MON-FRI, 8:00am to 5:00pm
