Sunrise Acceptance & Easy Auto is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role involves processing transactions and invoices, reconciling accounts, assisting with payables, and assisting with month‑end closings. Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and possesses a positive attitude. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a self‑starter who demonstrates attention to detail, integrity, and a desire to understand key accounting concepts. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and disbursements, maintaining detailed records, and preparing reports as necessary.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with computer literacy in navigating software systems. Experience with SAGE and /or Microsoft Access would be a plus
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent financial support
• Work ethic and integrity
