Crown Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk in St. Petersburg, FL. This full-time role requires accurate invoice coding, posting, and timely payments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Typing, calculator, general computer skills a must.
• Basic knowledge of 10-key functions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stress and fluctuating workload
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication imperative
• Automotive/Dealership experience highly preferred
• Must be able to meet company’s requirements for employment including background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Coding and posting of invoices
• Reconciling general ledger to vendor statements
• Obtaining missing invoices
• Writing and mailing vendor checks, scanning vendor checks
• Creating new vendors in accounting system and determining 1099 status
• Posting to and reconciling Intercompany accounts
• Responding to basic customer service requests
• Attending department meetings as requested
