Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process a high volume of vendor invoices in a fast-paced environment. The role includes reconciling statements, matching invoices to PO/receipts, and ensuring proper documentation before payment.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and at least 1 year of accounting experience, with strong Excel and ERP system familiarity. Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficient skill in using Excel, SAP or other ERP accounting systems experience a plus.
