Responsibilities

• Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, auditing or verifying information.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, storing or maintaining information.
• Update and maintain accounting journals and ledgers.
• Assist in month end reporting procedures.
• Resolve accounting problems and discrepancies using data.
• Track petty cash and employee expense reports.
• Record data to general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare checks, payments and bank deposits.
• Match invoices to purchase or work orders.
