Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and experience in accounting principles and departmental procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement accounting procedures; analyze and interpret accounting information; identify and solve accounting problems; compile, interpret, review and communicate financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all bank deposits to Banner Finance, SABHRS and the State Treasury.
• Reconcile credit card bank account.
• Reconcile revolving checking account.
• Posting Incoming Wire payments
• Sending out payments to state agencies (IUJs)
• Financial Aid accounting (Federal drawdowns, monitor cash balances)
• Manage parking decal and parking ticket database.
• Assist with 1098T processes - formatting, testing and review
• Prepare quarterly accommodation tax report.
• Customer Service
• Other duties as assigned
