Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Intermediate Excel; advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card transactions and expense reports and ensure proper codification.
• Record transactions in the general ledger in conformity with GAAP and company policy.
• Prepare reconciliations and research outstanding items.
• Collect and maintain vendor and customer account information.
• Assist in preparing monthly commission reports.
• Contribute to month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist auditors with information requests.
• Assist in ERP system implementation.
• Provide adhoc data requests and analysis.
