Visual Pak Companies seeks a Staff Accountant to perform transactional accounting and reporting, helping produce accurate monthly and annual financial statements and unit performance analyses. The role applies solid GAAP knowledge, posts journal entries, codes general ledger transactions, and maintains GL schedules to support close processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in accounting within ERP environments, strong Excel skills, and experience with MS Dynamics/Navision is a

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent work experience required.
• Accounting or Finance certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries to record financial information from source documents.
• Properly coding transactions within the general ledger.
• Maintains general ledger schedules.
• Timely produces accurate reporting for monthly, quarterly and year-end close periods.
• Performs reconciliations for accrual, prepaid and other balance sheet accounts.
• Assists with fixed assets and leases accounting.
