Job summary

PSA Security, located in Westminster, CO, seeks an Accounting Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team. This office-based, hourly role supports vendor billing, cash receipts, tax compliance, and general ledger activities.

You will work with NetSuite, Excel, and other accounting tools, ensuring accurate records and timely payments, while collaborating with a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an accounting setting.
• Authorization to work in the US.
• Experience with accounting software; NetSuite is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Match vendor bills to purchase orders and ensure customer invoices are created from vendor bills
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies on vendor bills
• Review vendor statements for missing invoices, credit memos and payments
• Post cash receipts against open invoices for customer accounts
• Process customer credits, invoices for replacements and repairs
• Process and reconcile sales tax using Avalara
• Assist other members of the Accounting Department
