Professional Security Alliance, Inc. (dba PSA, The PSA Network, and Edge), located in Westminster, Colorado, is the world’s largest systems integrator consortium. The Accounting Associate is an integral part of our Accounting & Finance team, reporting to the Controller.

This office-based position was created to provide additional support for the Accounting & Finance team. PSA’s mission is to empower its owners to become the most successful systems integrators in the markets they serve.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounting experience or similar
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data entry
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Professional demeanor and team focus

Responsibilities

• Match vendor bills to purchase orders and create customer invoices
• Investigate discrepancies between vendor bills and PSA purchase orders
• Review vendor statements for missing invoices and payments
• Process cash receipts and customer credits in a timely manner
