You will handle core accounting tasks, support a diverse client base, and contribute to professional development within a collegial, team‑oriented culture that values collaboration and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ related accounting experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (certification preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with high accuracy.
• Ability to travel to client offices.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivables and Payables.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Developing trial balances.
• Build and maintain client base.
• Help many different clients with their bookkeeping needs.
