Job summary

Acorn Assembly LLC is seeking an Accounting Associate to support general accounting and office functions. You will help maintain accounting systems, process A/R/A/P, payroll data, and liaise with the payroll provider and Accounting Manager.

The role requires attention to detail, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to work onsite in Franksville, WI. Prior accounting experience in manufacturing is helpful and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Two to three years of accounts payable/receivable and office experience.
• Experience with MS Office and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting systems and process A/R, A/P, payroll entry.
• Prepare payroll data and reconcile general ledger.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers on AR/AP questions.
• Assist with PTO tracking and new hire payroll data entry.
• Onsite role in Franksville, WI with month-end duties.
