Accounting Associate Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

ALL Crane Rental of Tennessee, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Associate with knowledge of basic accounting principles and solid general office skills to assist with processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions

  • Provide accurate and timely accounting support.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Various administrative tasks and office support activities such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries.
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Coordinates with all levels of personnel to gather, analyze and summarize requested information.
  • Work on additional projects as needed.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in accounting functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Must be able to operate office equipment and technology.
