Atrium Courtyard Springfield is seeking an accounting professional to perform daily financial tasks and support hotel operations at our Springfield location.

You will handle income audits, billing, and deposits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, while collaborating with the hotel team. Proficiency with Excel, Workbooks, and Access is preferred. This on-site role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily income audit, billing, collections, accounts payable, and deposits to keep records accurate.
• Protect guest and company information with integrity.
• Support hotel team with clerical and accounting tasks to help operations run smoothly.
• Resolve accounting issues quickly and professionally, aiding guests and teammates.
• Help corporate close the books with ledgers and reports using Excel, Workbooks, and Access.

Full time Compensation Range : $21.50-$22.58
