• Minimum 2 years of post-high school education or high school diploma.

• Experience with accounts payable and cash receipts is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with staff and vendors to resolve invoicing questions.

• Prepare vendor invoices for BOT processing.
• Prepare client invoices in Therefore for bot processing of cash receipts.

IMEG is hiring an Accounting Associate in Rock Island, IL. This role is responsible for processing vendor payments and cash receipts while supporting accurate data entry, invoicing, and the handling of confidential information for the company and clients.

You will work directly with staff and vendors to resolve invoicing questions, support accounts payable and cash receipt workflows, and help maintain strong service for customers and vendors. This role also collaborates with AR and TFA staff and helps keep payment records organized and accurate.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with staff and vendors on invoicing issues and questions

• Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and project/client/vendor related material

What You’ll Bring

Education and Experience

• 2 years post-high school education or high school diploma

• 5 years of work experience in an office or 2 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience in the engineering and/or the construction industry preferred

State of Illinois Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 per year

The range listed above represents the base pay IMEG reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position in the work location identified above at the time of posting. For positions available in multiple locations, the minimums and maximums may vary based on work location.

Individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, and licensure and certifications.
