Job summary

IMEG is hiring an Accounting Associate in Rock Island, IL. The role focuses on processing vendor payments and cash receipts, with data entry, invoicing, and maintaining confidential information for the company and clients.

You will work with staff and vendors to resolve invoicing questions, support AP and cash receipt workflows, and help keep payment records accurate. Strong communication and organization are essential.
