Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with department leaders and peers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable payment applications and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers regarding AR inquiries and collections.
• Bill online customer portals for AR.
• Provide superior internal and external customer service.
• Navigate multiple financial systems throughout the day.
• Assist in special accounting projects as needed.
• Backup other AR/AP functions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Accounts receivable customer communications (collections and customer inquiries)
• Accounts receivable billing for online customer portals
• Provide superior customer service internally and externally
• Navigating through different financial systems throughout the day
• Assist in special projects and other various accounting operations duties on an as-needed basis
• Provides full backup administration for other accounting personnel in a specific functional area (e.g. AR, AP) when needed
• All other duties as assigned

• Associateu2019s degree in accounting, finance or related major required. Bacheloru2019s degree is highly desired.
