• Assist in special projects and other accounting operations duties as needed.
• Provide backup administration for other accounting personnel in a specific function area when needed.

• Accounts receivable customer communications (collections and customer inquiries)
• Accounts receivable billing for online customer portals
• Provide superior customer service internally and externally
• Navigating through different financial systems throughout the day
• Assist in special projects and other various accounting operations duties on an as-needed basis
• Provides full backup administration for other accounting personnel in a specific functional area (e.g. AR, AP) when needed
• All other duties as assigned
