Responsibilities

• Processing and recording transactions regarding accounts receivables, billing, and accounts payable.
• Preparing reports for controller and management.
• Communicating with vendors regarding billing and invoicing.
• Billing duties include creating packing lists for shipments and invoicing shipments.
• Enter ASNs from packing lists and invoice system; post accounts receivable payments.
• Maintain unpaid invoice spreadsheet information and investigate shipping problems.
• Cross training in other departmental duties as needed, including accounting functions as directed.
