Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience recommended.
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting support preferred.
• Experience supporting audits or month-end processes preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis capability required.
• Experience with journal entries and QuickBooks required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and enter financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile accounts, statements, and supporting documentation.
• Track vendor records and required tax documentation.
• Support job costing and financial tracking for projects.
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports and schedules.
• Assist in year-end close preparation and documentation management.
