Job summary

Three Stone Homes is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our Rogersville, MO team. You will maintain accurate financial records, manage AP/AR, process invoices, and support monthly reporting while upholding internal controls and process improvements.

We offer a starting pay of $20.00-$25.00 per hour, with a 90-day review, potential wage increases, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including multiple medical plans, retirement contributions, PTO, and professional

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and enter financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile accounts, statements, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in monthly and periodic financial reports.
• Support internal audits and adherence to controls.
