• Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable.
• Enter and process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with credit card and expense reconciliation.
• Prepare and organize reports and spreadsheets.
• Assist with vendor and customer account inquiries.
• Support the accounting department with month-end tasks.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper accounting records.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
