You will post deposits, review invoices, assist with monthly/quarterly closes, monitor budgets, and support auditors with documentation, all in a detail‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting and/or 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, preferred.
• Strict attention to detail, highly organized and efficient.
• Ability to collaborate in a team as well as excel independently.
• Must be able to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt to change.
• Eager to learn!

Responsibilities

• Post and review daily deposits and balance multiple checking accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly and address bank inquiries.
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financials and aid auditors.
• Process invoices, manage accounts payable and charge payments to correct accounts.
• Monitor and manage business credit card expenses.
• Create and monitor departmental budgets.
• Handle the check escheatment process.
