Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience.
• 1+ years payroll experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Process AR and AP daily with proper coding.
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers on past due invoices.
• Review sales tax transactions for accuracy and ensure filings with the state agencies are correct.
• Post inventory transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and complete reconciliations of financial accounts.
• Maintain all appropriate records and file systems.
