Job description

I am an independent accounting contractor with several small-business clients. I am looking for an accounting assistant to work under my supervision and perform essential day-to-day accounting tasks for these clients. This is a fully remote, part-time position (approximately 15 hours per week), paid hourly on a 1099 contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Entering bills and receipts
• Creating customer invoices
• Recoding payments and deposits
• Creating journal entries
• Other similar tasks
