Job Responsibilities

• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures.
• Participate in financial standards setting and forecasting.
• Assist with tax audits and returns.
• Liaise with Financial and Accounting Managers to improve procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with general ledger, month-end/year-end close, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
