Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports accounts payable, data entry, deposits, and record-keeping with a focus on accuracy and resident interaction.

Working Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, you’ll use JD Edwards and Excel to maintain precise files and processes while delivering friendly, patient service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• High level of detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with a customer service focus.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and proficient knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable, data entry, bank deposits and maintain accurate records and files.
• Interact with residents and staff to provide service and support.

Responsibilities

Accounting Assistant

Full-Time, On-site

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly detail-oriented individual to perform accounting functions which may include processing Accounts Payable, data entry, bank deposits and maintaining accurate records and files.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience along with a high school degree or GED equivalent.


• Also a high level of detail and accuracy is required.


• Ability to perform 10-key by touch.


• Must have knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and proficient knowledge of Excel.


• This position requires the ability to multitask and work independently along with a customer service focus to interact with residents and staff.
