Job summary

Vi Living seeks an Accounting Assistant for full-time, on-site work at 2315 Leisure Lane, Naples, FL 34110. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, handling accounts payable, data entry, and bank deposits with a focus on accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong Excel and JD Edwards skills; multitasking and residents/staff service are essential components of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience and a high school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Ability to perform 10-key by touch and work independently with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards and Excel proficiency preferred.

• Support general accounting tasks in a busy on-site setting.

Responsibilities

Accounting Assistant

Full-Time, On-site

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly detail-oriented individual to perform accounting functions which may include processing Accounts Payable, data entry, bank deposits and maintaining accurate records and files.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience along with a high school degree or GED equivalent.
• Also a high level of detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to perform 10-key by touch.
• Must have knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and proficient knowledge of Excel.
• This position requires the ability to multitask and work independently along with a customer service focus to interact with residents and staff.
