The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:

• Inputting financial transactions into accounting software.
• Processing customer invoices.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
• Assist in monthly inventory reports.
• Assist in Processing payroll.
• Maintain organized records.
